You seem to be using another plugin for the social icons.

You could use the Menus option from the Customizer to display Social Icons in your footer.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Menus => View Menu Locations => Social on Footer => Select the Menu

If you are using Classic Editor please follow this instruction to insert a gallery.

If you are using Gutenberg Editor
Go to => Dashboard => Edit a Post/Page where you want to insert a Gallery => Add a block => Classic Block => After adding Classic Block you will find Add Media button => Create Gallery.

@bvarvel: Hello there, If you were using tag support for a Personal Account, the feature to make use of tags for a personal account has been removed by Instagram. You can only use Instagram tags on Business Account from now on. For that you will need to have Business Instagram Account and also a Facebook Page which needs to be connected to the Instagram account. We are working on this feature and waiting for an approval from Facebook. For more information please follow this link.
