    Dear Catch themes,

I bought the essential contents type plug-in to my photography blog theme. I only got a confirmation from paypal, but no confirmation from catch themes. I’m unsure how to proceed. The plug-in (free version I guess) is already installed and working. Please advise, thanks.

    Wido.

    Hi Wido,

There is no issue with your purchase. You should have gotten the purchase receipt, maybe it went into your spam/junk folder. Please check that. Now, you can download the plugin zip file and manage the license key from your account at https://catchplugins.com/my-account/

    Regards,
    Sakin

    Hi Sakin,

Thanks. I checked my regular and spam folders ([email protected]), but there is no purchase receipt from catch themes. When I check my account, it states that I need to activate it by clicking on a link. When I do, I get the message: “An email with an activation link has been sent.”

However, I don’t receive any activation link in my regular or spam folder. In short, I think all e-mails from catch themes are blocked somehow before it reaches my folder. I can login to my account, but I cannot activate it. It is a regular outlook account so I’m not sure why this happens. I do have a different e-mail adres ([email protected]), perhaps thats an option?

    Please advise, thanks.

    Wido.

    Hi Wido,

It’s strange. I have manually verified your account. You can login now.
