I bought and installed Essential Content Types Pro and activated my licence. I’m trying to add regular posts to my featured content but the regular posts do not appear when going to appearance –> customize –> theme options –> featured content.
I only see posts that I create in dashboard –> featured contents section, but not my regular posts.
I tried adding the shortcode featured contents to my regular posts, as mentioned int the instructions. However, when i type in the shortcode /featured contents, it does appear as an option, but when i select it I get an error message: “error loading block: the response is not a valid json response.”
When I simply add [featured content] to my page, it doesn’t work either – it just appears as text.
Please advise, thanks.
