All our WordPress plugins are licensed under the GNU general public license. You may use your purchased plugin on as many websites as you want. Please check your “readme.txt” in your plugin folder after you download it.
All of our premium plugins come with an initial 1-year subscription. This means that you can download the updates until a year of purchase date. However, after one year, you will have to renew your subscription manually for the new updates. But, this subscription has nothing to do with the uses of the plugin to your website. You can use it on your site as long as you want it; without renewing your subscription. You can use our plugins for unlimited domains that you own.
You will be able to download plugin zip from your account. Your access to a zip file will be revoked after the end of your subscription. So, please keep the plugin zip file safely. In case you lost it, then you can ask for zip file by contacting our sales at https://catchplugins.com/contact-us/, where they will check for your subscription and will send you the zip file before your subscription end time.
Plugin updates are available only to active members who have made an individual plugin purchase. When you purchase our premium plugin, it comes with 1 year of plugin subscription.
Our plugins are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress. Please ensure that you always use the most current version of our plugins.
You will receive auto updates if you use our plugins for only one domain. However, if you wish to use our plugins for your multiple websites, you will have to update manually to the latest version.
PLUGIN SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
All of our premium plugins come with 1-year manual renewal subscription. Plugin subscription is optional, but, we recommend you to get it renewed if you want to get updates on the plugin. This gives you the flexibility to purchase the plugin update only when you need it. You can check out changelogs for this.
Our plugins are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress. We reserve the rights to reject support requests for problems that occur after plugin files have been modified.
Our plugins are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 4.7 or higher. Any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality. All our free and premium plugins come with a lifetime support forum access. After you purchase our premium plugin or download a free plugin, you will receive the access to our Support Forums. There, you can post any sales questions and plugin-related problems indicating your WordPress version and the URL of the site the plugin is installed on. But unfortunately, we don’t offer support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, and administration of WordPress itself.
