    Hi there,

    I’m not getting any e-mails after purchasing the essential content types plugin on my e-mail address. I’m not sure how to enable it…I already have installed that plugin when downloading thet heme. How do I upgrade it after buying it? Also, I’m not getting a message when trying to reset my e-mail adress for my account on catch themes. I checked my spamfolder too, I received no reset link. I would be greateful of any assistance, thanks.

    @wido : I will check for the issue with the sales team and let you know. To upgrade the plugin you will need to download the plugin from your account and then install the plugin from your WordPress admin section and activate it.

    Hello

    I just installed the free Header enhancement plugin earlier today. Went pro, because promised sound, but nothing since.

    I have not received any confirmation email, spam and all folders checked. I got the license download on my own account, tried to install it according instructions and it fails on installation with error Incompatible archive.

    My free plugin is version 1.7.4. but the Pro download zip.file is version 1.7.2

    I issued a ticket, but got no confirmation email about that either.

    Pls tell me I didn’t just waste my money on crap?!

    @all3d : The incompatible archive error is caused by WordPress core and it looks like it will be fixed in the upcoming update. Please follow the link below to resolve the issue and know more about incompatible archive error in WordPress

    Hi

    Thanks for the reply. Did it according to instructions, but it did not work. The force.zip installation works. Then appearance, themes upload doesn’t, says The package can’t be installed. Theme is missing style.css stylesheet.

    css are on the zip.file though.

    This is a plugin and not a theme. So, you need to upload it from “Plugins => Add New => Uploads” and then upload the plugin zip file and install it. You can check the FAQ at https://catchplugins.com/frequently-asked-questions/#question-installation-2.

    Yes, the plugin upload doesn’t work, due to incompatible archive error.

    Was given these instructions to correct it.

    Hi! Now finally, uploaded the two plugins after each other and got it working.

    Missed the word theme on the instructions, following the force plugin installation and just followed them. My mistake there,sorry!

    Now it is working, thanks! But now the header doesn’t start playing automatically when entering the webpage, like it did before? Any help with that?

    Hi!

    I actually found the autoplay and sound problem. Appearance, customize, header media:

    — Autoplay only works when enable sound option is turned off.–

    Is it really so, that I can only have autoplay when no sound on the video?

    Hi Susanna,

    Yes, you are right that autoplay with sound is not allowed by the browsers. It’s not from the plugin but it’s the issue from the web browser. We have mentioned that in the Customizer settings as well.
