    due to the issue i had to deactivate the plugin.
    I have it up on the site below. If we can not resolve it by end of day Nov 19th CST

    i did some more testing and the to top plugin only works if im logged in the WordPress back end.

    other wise it disappears. the site below has the exact same configuration as the about site.
