Can you try deactivating all your other plugins excerpt To Top and see if it works?

i did some more testing and the to top plugin only works if im logged in the WordPress back end.

other wise it disappears. the site below has the exact same configuration as the about site.

You seem to be using some other plugin for scroll up rather than to top and it does not seem to be working on your site. Can you enable to To Top Plugin so that I can look into the issue.

due to the issue i had to deactivate the plugin.
I have it up on the site below. If we can not resolve it by end of day Nov 19th CST

i will have to replace it with the one that works.
