Hello,

I want to buy the instagram feed plugin, but I want to try it free at first.

I dit the next steps
Click on Get Access Token button
Login to your Instagram account
Grant public access to the app by clicking Authorize

As you are redirected back to Social Gallery and Widget Dashboard page, click Save Changes

On the page nowhere is a save changes button.
Can anybody help me?

After connecting your Instagram Account.

To display your Instagram feed
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Widgets => Add Widget => Social Gallery and Widget and Publish.

Hello Skandha.

This doesn’t work. I just want to show the instagram on a page and not as a widget in a sidebar.

The plugin comes to a kind of Gutenberg screen and I don’t know what to do. I work in the classic editor and installed also -just to be sure- the disable Gutenberg plugin.

Here I tell you what I have done.
step 1 show you that I logged in the correct instagram account.

I cannot find a button here to save the changes in this screen.

Step 2
I clicked on the widget possibility.

I want to show the Instagram on a page. So I go to the on page possibility

Can you please try using the Social Gallery Block in the Gutenberg Editor instead? I will look into the shortcode issue.

I use the classic editor.
Do I need to change fully to the Gutenberg editor?

I looked at the Gutenberg plugin. The reviews are so very very negative, that I will not change to Gutenberg before it is a better plugin.
Question: is this plugin suited for the classic editor?

Now it is working fine. Thank you.
One remark: if I start WordPress, there is no indication that the plugin has been updated. I had to deactivate, delete and install the plugin. I think other users don’t realize that the plugin has been updated.

Hello Skandha,

When I make a special page for instagram plugin, the result is beautiful.
I should like that the same result is possible on the front page.

It is the goal to have a front page with the following parts:
Header
a little bit of text
woocommerce shop
featured content (special offers)
instagram (like on the special instagram page)
footer

If it isn’t possible, no big deal, then the instagram functionality stays on the instagram page.

About that a question: on the frontpage there you can see now some pictures of Instagram.
Can I expect another result on the frontpage if I buy the pro version?
