    When scrolling from top the sticky menu works as advertised, but when scrolling and then refreshing the page in the middle the menu looses its sticky background and resets to the non-sticky background. To fix this the user needs to scroll back up and refresh the page.

    There are also issues when resizing the window after scrolling
