Dear support, I purchased the Social Gallery and Widget Pro plugin when not logged into this account, as a guest user, and that’s why I am posting here instead of opening a direct ticket. I have the licence number and everything else is regular.

The plugin is not working.

I am able to connect an Instagram account but then when I add it as a widget with Elementor on every WordPress theme I tried it’s not showing anything. I can choose between all the Pro options but it never shows any feed. The ONLY thing I’m able to see is the ‘View on Instagram’ button where it is supposed to be, at the end of the feed, but with NO photos above.

What can I do?

I get these instructions in the plugin settings page, but I don’t know how to use them.

” You can show Social feed from any Private Social accounts by providing the Access Token. This section allows you to set API parameters. ”

and your access token is XXXXXX

Where do I have to put the access token? Maybe is that the problem?

Any update? Plugin is not working.

I have WordPress 6.3 and the only thing I’m able to see is the ‘WIEV ON INSTAGRAM’ button.
