The infinite scroll pro plugin is not working on my website. I tried creating a ticket from within my account following the “Premium Support Ticket” link, but the resulting page says, “For premium/private support tickets, you need to purchase our premium/pro plugin and should have active subscription. Click Here to purchase any of our plugins. For free support, you can post in our Support Forum.”

How can I contact you for support?
