    We’ve installed and activated the Header Enhancement Pro plugin, but can not find the options through customizer or individual pages.

    Any suggestions for solving this?

    @djlostax: Hello there,
    You should be able to find the options in
    Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media

    when i get to the customize menu there is no header media tab showing.
