header video on a small device, not working. It works in adonis-pro theme preview. it shows the first frame and play button which also does not work. The adonis-pro has a short css statement to disable the play button. It only shows up on the said phone
iphone X (iOS 13.3)

I checked your site in a few mobile phones and the video seems to be working fine. Can you please attach a screenshot of how it is showing up at your end?Kind Regards,
SkandhaJanuary 15, 2020 at 9:12 am #5748babarogaParticipantPlease find the link with the image included: https://3ec.live/bug/
Notice that there is a play button in the middle of the screen. The movie does not auto-play when the play button is present. Pressing on the play button does not play the movie.
I have a feeling that this may be an internet bandwidth problem, and the movie is not playing in low-bandwidth situations. However, if that is the case, the ‘Play’ button should not display since, well, it cannot play.
I do have extra CSS which you posted elsewhere in place, and it works under normal situations where the bandwidth is normal
#wp-custom-header-video-button { display: none; }

I checked your site on my phone and the header video seems to be showing up fine and autoplaying. The button shouldn’t effect the autoplay function. Can you try checking on other mobile phones as well as I checked your phone in few mobile phones and found no issue with the header video.Kind Regards,
SkandhaJanuary 16, 2020 at 5:40 am #5752babarogaParticipantMaybe I was not clear.
I had to provide a link to the image since I did not see a way to upload it. Did you see it?
The button likely appears under low-bandwidth circumstances.
– the button should not be there under any circumstances since I am using the CSS code which you provided elsewhere. The CSS should turn off the button completely
– the button should not be there under low bandwidth circumstances since when pressed nothing happens. Having a button present suggests that movie is playable when it is not.
It should remain on the first frame of the movie and act as a still, if that is the case.
– the paid version of the plugin suggests full video autoplay. So the button should not be there
Lastly, In my world of UI/UX, for every action, there is a reaction. If I press a button there has to be An immediate reaction. It needs not to have the button present if it can’t play the movie
I look forward to the fix. Thanks

January 20, 2020 at 12:31 am #5774SkandhaParticipant@babaroga: Hello there,
The button will not show up if you use the above CSS Code. It is not possible to have both sound on the video and autoplay. The free version has the video sound feature so the video won’t autoplay. The pro version has the toggle option to enable sound and autoplay. So the button is needed as when the sound is enabled the video won’t autoplay. Is the video showing up well on mobile devices now? Are you still having any issues?
Kind Regards,
SkandhaJanuary 21, 2020 at 10:27 pm #5811babarogaParticipantOK. I think we are talking past each other. Please reference the thread above.
I AM using the CSS code and the button shows up on mobile under low bandwidth situation
Is there a way in Adonis-Pro to have different movies for mobile and desktop? That may be a different way of resolving this issue
January 23, 2020 at 2:07 am #5824SkandhaParticipant@babaroga: Hello there,
The button shouldn’t show up on any case if you have used the above CSS Code. Can you attach a video of when the button is showing up even when you have added the CSS Code?I am afraid it is not possible to have two different videos for desktop and mobile phones.
Kind Regards,

I am having the same issue where the video is not working on mobile devices. the website is https://success.allatalley.com, and the video works fine on Mac Desktop, but not working on iOS in Safari. I have the Header Enhancement Pro with the mobile device option checked.
May 22, 2020 at 12:34 am #7492SkandhaParticipant@infochophousetv-com: Hello there,
I don’t see a Header Video on your site. You seem to have used a widget for the video on your site. You will need to use Header Video for the Header Enhancement Plugin to be effective.Kind Regards,
