Hi support,

I posted the below on the wordpress page, without response, so here I am seeking an urgent response please.

WP theme: Twenty Seventeen

I was looking for a solution to play the header video on mobile phone screens and this plugin solved that. Thank you very much.

However, the video now doesn’t autoplay anymore and it shows the youtube play icon in the middle, which you can’t press anyway.

Can you please advise?

I am afraid it is not possible to have both autoplay and the sound feature enabled together. Using the free version you can only have the sound feature with autoplay disabled.
