Hi there,

When I go to the Header Enhancement plugin and click on “Settings” as directed to utilize the plugin, it takes me to my homepage but does not bring up HE settings. It takes me to the customization page with no option to select or access the Head Enhancement features, as it shows on the plugins screenshots. Any help for this would be greatly appreciated.

When you activate the plugin your Header Video will display in mobile devices as well and play sound if the video has sound. So all you have to do is activate the plugin.

The plugin has been activated since I installed it but still, the video does not play on mobile devices. My website is truetouch.media.

You don’t seem to be using the default Header Media feature of WordPress. The plugin only works for the default Header Video feature. Does your theme have Header Video option under Header Media in the customizer?

I am afraid you will need to switch to a theme that support Header Video or ask your theme author to support it.
