Hi. I’ve just bought this plugin to use with the Catch Foodie World Pro theme as the Food Menu option looked just what I needed for a cafe website.

The menu was easy to set up but the layout is disappointing to say the least. When activating on the Home Page of this theme many menu items are missing – not a good start, although the layout is OK and the headings are where i expected them to be.

I’ve tried using the shortcode option and I see all the menu items but (a) the headings are no longer in the correct order and (b) the layout is all over the place, especially the prices which are no longer in a neat column to the right but randomly placed. Both options display a lot of white space below each item which makes the menu quite hard to read as much scrolling is needed – the shortcode option especially poor in this respect.

Can you suggest anything please otherwise I feel I have wasted the purchase price of this plugin as it does not seem to perform as expected.

    Thanks

    David

Hi Skanda. I’ve already abandoned the plugin and am using an alternative which is proving quite satisfactory so I shall not be using the Essential Contents Type plugin any further and have already deleted it from the site.
