The Carousel function on all galleries has stopped working on my site.

Clicking on an image now follows the link to the image and shows it in a new screen instead of opening the carousel.

I should add that I have tried this in Chrome, Firefox and Edge browsers.. all have the same result… no carousel.

Go to => Dashboard => Catch Gallery => Check if the option Enable Carousel is checked.

That option is already checked on yes.. still doesn’t work though.

Have tried turning it off and back on, but still not working.

Can you try deactivating all other plugins except Catch Gallery and see if the Carousel works.

The issue is being caused by the ‘NextGen Gallery’ plugin.

If I deactivate this plugin the carousel works fine.. activate that plugin and the carousel stops working.

I’m now going to transfer the few galleries I have over to another plugin and delete the NextGen as I don’t like it anyway, so that will solve my issue for now.

All other functions in your plugin seem to still work, it seems to be only the carousel function that breaks.
