I was getting too many spam messages from my contact form so I have changed to reCAPTCHA v2 invisible. This meant that I had to move the To Top button to the bottom left as it was previously bottom right. It is now bottom left, but is still showing bottom right as well. Where is this coming from? It even remained there after deleting the To Top plugin. I have tried it on three of my sites and it is the same with all of them, which use either Catch Fullscreen Pro or Rock Star Pro. Can you please provide guidance?
The three sites I mention are waveneytrees.co.uk, mattfurness.co.uk and domainline.co.uk
I would appreciate a prompt solution as these are all important sites for me.
Thanks, Chris

.backtotop {
display: none;
}Surely this is not the best solution. There appears to be a conflict in the two plugins and where does .backtotop come from?!!
I look forward to hearing from you

Can you please post in your site URL so that I can look into the issue?Kind Regards,
SkandhaFebruary 5, 2020 at 5:05 pm #5969ChrisFurnessParticipantHi Skandha,
The three sites are referred to in the original post, and I forgot to mention the one where I was able to resolve it. It was on the mattfurness.co.uk site.
Can you see any issues?

The Scroll Up option is already available in the theme so I don’t think you need the To Top plugin.Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Scrollup Options to change the setting.
Let me know if this helps you out!

However I am still left with one button in the bottom right which I can only remove using the code mentioned above (which is what I have done on mattfurness.co.uk) Where is this backtotop coming from? It is on websites which use Catch Fullscreen Pro and Rock Star Pro.
Surely there is a bug somewhere!
Thanks, Chris

Can you let me know on which site the issue is still showing up?Catch Web Tools also has a To top feature. If you have Catch Web Tools enabled Go to => Dashboard => Catch Web Tools => To Top => Uncheck the option Check to enable and Save Changes.
Let me know if this resolves your issue.
Kind Regards,

That is with the Catch Web Tools and To Top plugin’s DELETED totally. Take a look at them – where is that arrow coming from?!! I believe it is from within the Catch Fullscreen Pro and Rock Star Pro themes which is strange, as why would you have plugins to add it in, or why no option to remove it within the themes settings. It sits right on top of the reCAPTCHA!
February 9, 2020 at 3:33 am #6004SkandhaParticipant@chrisfurness: Hello Chris,
As I mentioned earlier the Scroll Up option is already available in the theme that is the reason you are still seeing a back to top button on your site.Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Scrollup Options to change the setting.
Let me know if this helps you out!
Kind Regards,
SkandhaFebruary 9, 2020 at 7:47 am #6006ChrisFurnessParticipantHi Skandha, I’ve got it at last!! I think that there was confusion on my part for three reasons;
1) I wasn’t differentiating between the settings for Scroll Bar and Scrollup, hence I didn’t fully pick up what you were saying about the Scrollup setting.
2) In the theme the feature is referred to as Scrollup yet the plugin refers to To Top.
3) When installing the theme it recommends installing the To Top plugin, yet the feature is already built in to the theme, so why recommend it?Anyway I am there now, sorry for the confusion and thanks for your help.
